      Shipping, Returns, Warranty & Payment Policy

      Shipping

      Production lead times vary according to product type and order quantity.

      Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

      International shipments are generally made under the agreed Incoterms specified in the Sales Agreement.

      Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance unless otherwise agreed.

      Returns

      As most products are manufactured to customer specifications, custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

      Returns may only be accepted for verified manufacturing defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

      Products must remain unused and in their original condition.

      Warranty

      Knoxen Sports warrants that products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and quality standards.

      The warranty does not cover:

         

          • Normal wear and tear

          • Improper storage

          • Misuse

          • Unauthorized modifications

          • Damage during transportation after risk transfer

        Verified manufacturing defects will be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at Knoxen Sports’ discretion.

        Payment

        Accepted payment methods may include:

           

            • Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)

            • Letter of Credit (L/C), where applicable

            • Other mutually agreed payment methods

          Payment terms are specified in the Proforma Invoice.

          Production commences only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

          Outstanding balances must be settled prior to shipment unless credit terms have been approved in writing.
